I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress find clarity and resilience. Our work centers on reconnecting with your values, building confidence, and creating a more grounded, empowered way of living.

Maternal Mental Health
I work with women navigating the journey from preconception through postpartum and early parenting. I believe motherhood begins best with support—from the earliest hopes of becoming a parent to the profound transitions of recovery, identity, and nurturing not only a new life, but also a new version of yourself and a new evolving dynamic with your partner as you grow from romantic partners into co-parents.

Couples Therapy
I help partners work through communication issues, disconnection, co-parenting challenges, intimacy struggles, and major life transitions such as marriage or divorce. Whether you’re rebuilding or just beginning your journey together, I guide couples from conflict to connection with compassion and clarity. Together, we identify the negative feedback loops that keep you stuck and understand how patterns like criticism, defensiveness, or withdrawal can block intimacy and repair. My goal is to help you both move toward deeper understanding, emotional safety, and lasting growth.
